Project Summary

AMD was involved from lot selection, to architecture, construction team, and design direction. Our client wanted a house that was authentic to its waterfront/island setting and incorporated modern features seamlessly into the design, so people would wonder whether it was remodeled or a new build. It was important that this home allowed for elegant entertaining, without being too precious.
