This 1960's home had limited changes from the original construction and was desperately needing updates throughout the entire property. In order to make the house more appealing to buyers, we stuck to a light neutral palette and moved walls to create a more open and cohesive floor plan for a more inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Three of the changes that accomplished these goals were, moving a wall in the kitchen, wood floors throughout and dramatically opening up the master suite. The entire project was a success with our favorite room being the kitchen which received all new cabinetry, tile/slab and plumbing fixtures that compliment the home's beautiful view of the Newport Beach Back Bay.
